Noel E. Manoukian - January 1, 1938 to April 11, 2019
Noel Edwin Manoukian served as a justice of the Supreme Court of Nevada from 1977 to 1985. Born in Livingston, California, he was captain of the football team and student body president at Reno High School, graduating in 1956, and attended the University of the Pacific on an athletic scholarship.
Admitted to the Nevada bar in 1964, he rose to the state's highest court at a young age and served eight years as a justice.
