The service
Nevada Law Directory republishes official public records - attorney licensing records, published court decisions, and other government records - accurately. The directory is informational. Nothing here is legal advice, and inclusion of an attorney is not a recommendation, referral, or endorsement.
Public records
License status, discipline history, and court records are published as recorded by the issuing authority. Disputes about the substance of an official record belong with that authority; disputes about our transcription of it belong in our corrections process, and we correct transcription errors promptly.
User content
Reviews, responses, and comments are the statements of their authors, not of Nevada Law Directory. We host and moderate third-party content but do not adopt it. By posting, you warrant your content complies with the Review Policy, and you grant us a license to display it. You are responsible for what you write.
Acceptable use
No scraping at volumes that degrade the service, no misrepresenting your identity to claim a profile, no use of the directory to harass, and no republication of suppressed information (such as addresses we deliberately withhold) obtained by circumvention.
Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided as-is. Records can lag their sources between refreshes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nevada Law Directory disclaims warranties and limits its liability to the amount you paid to use the directory - which is nothing.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Nevada law, and any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts located in Nevada.
