Corrections
Nevada Law Directory republishes official public records accurately. That means there are two kinds of disputes, with two different homes:
- The record itself is wrong or outdated at the source. The state licensing authority controls license status, discipline, and member contact information - corrections to the underlying record go there. Once the official record changes, ours follows at the next refresh, or immediately on request.
- Our copy does not match the source. That is our error, and we fix it promptly.
How to request
Email [email protected] with:
- The page URL and the bar number shown on it.
- What is wrong, exactly.
- What the correct information is, with a pointer to a public source when possible.
- Your relationship to the record (the attorney, their staff, a member of the public).
Every attorney page shows when its bar record was last verified. A correction request triggers a fresh pull of the source record regardless of the regular schedule.
Removals
Accurate public records are not removed on request - a license record is the public's to see. We honor court orders, and we suppress street addresses by policy for judges and residential-looking listings (tell us if yours should be).
